OPERATING RULES IMPORTANT FOR INSTALLERS

1. Expiration date and phone number are printed on SIM carrier.
2. After activation (inserted in communicator and connected to GSM network), the SIM must be successfully registered within 30 days. If not, the SIM service will be blocked.
3. New registration of a new CP activates a 30-day free service. It doesn’t matter if the SIM is new or has already been used.
4. New registration of the old (previously registered) CP will block the SIM service. Blocking will take place within a few minutes after registration.
5. A blocked SIM can be unblocked by payment of subscription within 365 days.
6. The blocked SIM will be terminated if payment is not made within 365 days.
7. A terminated SIM is lost forever (cannot be re-used, must be replaced).

OPERATING RULES FOR USERS

1. Unpaid SIM (service) will be blocked.
2. A blocked SIM can be unblocked by payment within 365 days.
3. If automatic payment (renewal) is set, the user does not receive notifications (about upcoming expiration of current subscription period) in advance.
4. If automatic payment is not set, the user receives notifications 7, 3 and 1 day in advance.
5. The user receives the invoice after the payment has been done.
